As the official auxiliary of the United States Air Force, our members are dedicated to service. Since its beginning in 1941 the Civil Air Patrol has grown to a national organization with 56,000 members and the nations largest fleet of single engine aircraft. While our flight program plays a major role in our mission, there are a wide variety of opportunities for those interested in getting involved in the organization.
